How is the readiness score calculated?
Each checklist item has a weight based on production impact. Code ownership (12pts), authorization (15pts), secrets (15pts) are the highest-weighted items.
What score do I need to launch?
Below 40 is prototype stage. 40-70 means launch risk. 70-90 is near production. 90+ is a strong baseline. We recommend at least 70 before real traffic.
Does a high score mean my app is secure?
No. The checklist is directional, not comprehensive. It highlights common gaps but does not replace security audits, penetration testing or code review.
